How it works.

What do the priority letters mean?

H is high or urgent, M is this month, and L is when convenient. We schedule around your priorities.

How is the visit priced?

We reply with one quote for the whole list and schedule everything together. A $200 estimate & quote fee applies and is credited back in full once you approve the contract.

What about plumbing, electrical or HVAC items?

Mechanical and licensed work is performed by licensed technicians and quoted on site after an assessment.

Can I add urgent items between visits?

Yes. Emergency and same-day response is available — call us directly.
