Bin questions.

What can’t go in a bin?

Paint, chemicals, propane tanks, tires, batteries, electronics and other hazardous waste. Mattresses and appliances may carry a surcharge — ask us and we’ll confirm.

Do I need a permit?

Not for a bin on your driveway. A bin on the street usually needs a road-occupancy permit from your city — we can help you arrange it.

What if I go over the weight?

Each bin includes a set weight. Anything over is billed per tonne after pickup, at the rate shown in your estimate.

Can I keep it longer?

Yes — choose a longer rental when you book, or call us to extend.
